8. Although kenya4 will not be held responsible for mail lost in the post,
a nominal fee of 100/= for DvDs and 50/= for VcDs is
charged for re-dispatch of lost mail.

This is how drop off works. You scroll though your phone to the Mpesa menu and you send us 800bob only eg. for 2 DvDs (Mpesa 0727 800 905). You then go to the SmS menu and text us your NAME and the 2 DvDs you want ONLY eg. "MOSES MUKURIA Dtx003, Dtx64" - That's it!!! Supposing you sent this Sms on Monday before 2pm, all these DvDs are prepared and tested and on Tuesday first thing in the morning, All the Monday Orders are dropped off in town and you receive an SmS telling you where your parcel has been dropped and how to collect. When you receive this Sms, just go to the indicated drop off point and the lovely ladies who man these centers will be more than glad to hand you your parcel. Drop off is a NEXT DAY service so you don't have to wait a whole 3 to 5 days to get your DvDs. Its as easy as pie, try it right now and see!!!

STEP BY STEP OF ORDERING A MOVIE
TO BE SENT TO YOU BY MAIL

Step 1: Scroll through your phone to your MPESA menu.

Step 2: Go to 'Send money'

Step 3: Enter the kenya4 phone numbers ie '0727 800 905' for MPESA

Step 4: Enter the amount, 200 for Vcd and 400 for DvD

Step 5: Enter your secret PIN

Step 6: Confirm the message with phone and amount.

Step 7: You will receive an sms from M-Pesa confirming the transfer
and kenya4 will receive the shown amount

Step 8: Now go to text messages and send us your
Name, P.O. Box address, and MOVIE code
